Account, booking, and payment issues
For problems inside the app — sign-in, verification status, a booking that will not confirm, a payment that did not go through — email support@sportlink-app.com from the address registered on your account and tell us the steps you took, the device and app version you used, and the approximate time the problem happened. That lets us find the relevant records without asking for a second round of details.
Verification for coaches, referees, and institutions
Verification requests are reviewed inside the app after you upload your documents. If a review is taking unusually long, or a document was rejected and you want to understand why, write to support@sportlink-app.com with your role and account email. Please do not send identity documents by email; upload them through the secure flow in the app.
Privacy requests and deleting your account
To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, email privacy@sportlink-app.com from your registered address. We verify identity before acting on a request and normally reply within 30 days. Details of what we store and why are in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting content or copyright
Use the in-app report option on any post, listing, or profile — that gives our moderators the fastest route to the item. For copyright complaints, email legal@sportlink-app.com with the URL of the content, proof of ownership, and your contact details. Our rules for user content are set out in the Community Guidelines.
Clubs, academies, and partnerships
